Public Works is taking advantage of the break in the weather to focus on an essential training. It’s called “Cone College” but it’s really all about roadway safety. The rules of the road are in place placed to protect everyone – vehicles, bicyclists and/or pedestrians. It’s a major investment in the organization and a great awareness for workers, engineers, inspectors, technicians and the department management. The course was offered by UC Berkeley Tech Transfer Program.
