Earlier this year, Public Works solicited bid for the 20 Meyer Rd. Slide Repair project. Public Works awarded the contract for the project to Piazza Construction in March. Due to material delays, it has taken a few months before we could determine a projected start date.
The project is now projected to start on Monday 7/18. Construction is expected to last for about two weeks. Roadway surface will be restored, and a new retaining wall will be installed downhill from Meyer Rd. The road will be closed to traffic during construction work hours (8AM – 5PM.) Residents travelling through this area should expect delays and detour signs will be posted.
