Construction is nearing completion on the City’s 20 Meyer Rd. project. This week’s construction operations consisted of backfilling behind the installed retaining wall. Over the next couple of weeks Piazza Construction will continue to backfill behind the wall and install the guard rail. The final operations will be to install the erosion control measures meant to stabilize the hillside. During this time, there may be some traffic interruptions, but no full road closures are expected.
Residents taking Meyer Rd. will may experience delays near the construction area, but traffic will still be allowed to pass through.
