2022-2024 NOFA: CDBG and HOME Investment Partnerships Program Funds

NOTICE OF FUNDING APPLICATION AND BIDDING CONFERENCE FOR CDGB and HOME Investment Program Partnerships Program funding for YEARS 2022-24 will open Monday, January 3rd, 2022. Applications will be accepted until Monday, January 24th, 2022 at 5:00 P.M.

The City of San Rafael CDBG and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds are administered in partnership through the County of Marin.

Application will be available on the County of Marin Federal Grants website at www.marincounty.org/federalgrants and in the County of Marin Community Development Agency office located at 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room 308, San Rafael, CA 94903 (Monday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and Friday 8:00 A.M. to 12 P.M.).

To learn more about the application process and types of eligible projects, all nonprofits and fiscally sponsored projects are encouraged to join the Bidders Conference being held via Zoom on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022. Additionally, staff will be available throughout the application process to consult with organizations through office hours. Information on the bidders’ conference and applying for funding is available on the County of Marin website.

Tuesday’s – January 4, 11, and 18 from 3-4 pm
Wednesday’s – January 5, 12, and 19 from 1-2 pm
Thursday’s – January 6, 13, and 20 from 12-1 pm
Friday’s – January 7, 14, and 21 from 10-11 am
Monday – January 24 from 3-5pm, LAST DAY to Submit
