Project Description

The project proposes to redevelop the existing site located at 88 Vivian Street (currently Country Club Bowl) with 70- for-sale townhomes. Project Status

The project Tentative subdivision map, use permit and design review were approved by the Planning Commission on May 10th 2022, by Planning Commission Resolution 22-08. The project will next submit a Final Map with Draft CC&Rs prior to building permit approval.
