Project Description
The project proposes to redevelop the existing site located at 88 Vivian Street (currently Country Club Bowl) with 70- for-sale townhomes. The residences will range from 1,415 to 1,600 square feet and include 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans all of which also include 2-car garages. Please see the applicant narrative for more information.
Project Status
The project Tentative subdivision map, use permit and design review were approved by the Planning Commission on May 10th 2022, by Planning Commission Resolution 22-08. The project will next submit a Final Map with Draft CC&Rs prior to building permit approval.
