Project Description
The AC Marriott Hotel project was approved on April 23, 2019. City approvals authorized demolition of an existing 10,600 square foot office building, associated tree removal (on-site and within the right-of-way), and construction of a 54 feet tall, 140-room hotel building and associated parking and landscape improvements. The project also includes a rooftop lounge area. This project is completed and the hotel opened in August 2023.
