To prepare for SMART’s planned rail service to Larkspur, San Rafael identified and studied six possibilities to accommodate a rail crossing at Andersen Drive; ultimately finding a modified at-grade crossing to be the most appropriate design. At Monday’s meeting, the City Council will consider plans for a new at-grade rail crossing at Andersen Drive.
