Also at their meeting on Monday, the City Council will consider an appeal opposing an animal care facility at 629 Lindaro Street. The proposed facility would be used for overnight kenneling and include an indoor play and activity area. The proposal was approved by the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission, however a neighboring resident has appealed these actions citing concerns around noise, odor, parking, animal waste removal, potential for rodents and off-leash animals.
