Currently there are several phone lines down in the Central San Rafael area from 4th and Lincoln all the way to the Grand Ave and Mission area. Some of these downed lines are for alarm lines or medical emergency phone numbers. AT&T will be working to bring these lines back into service and will need to work through the evening, starting at 8 pm, on 1/29/2022 through the morning, ending at 6 am, on 1/31/2022 in order to do so.
