Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of Fallen Firefighters

San Rafael Mayor Gary Phillips has authorized that the flag of the United States be lowered and flown at half-staff at all City facilities until sunset on Saturday, August 4th in honor and remembrance of fallen firefighters, City of Redding Fire Inspector Jeremy Stoke and Captain Brian Hughes of the Arrowhead Hotshots.
