2/08/2019 – Albert Park Play Area Improvements

The City’s contractor M3 Integrated Services poured the first of sidewalk this week and they have also started to assemble the playground equipment. The park is scheduled to open in April.  

2/08/2019 – 2017 Storm Damage Repairs: 70 Irwin

The City’s contractor Valentine Corporation has started rebuilding the slope above the lower concrete wall. The project has been plagued with weather delays and wet soil which has pushed the opening of Upper Irwin back to late April.

2/08/2019 – SMART Update: Partial Opening

On Thursday, February 7th, SMART’s contractor opened the portion of Francisco Blvd West between 2nd St and Irwin St. This partial opening will reduce the impact to businesses located on Irwin St and allow traffic to more easily access the freeway.
