As of July 10th, 2024, Phase B1 is 95% complete.
The properties that were previously connected to the corroded and inaccessible sewer mainline along the shore, were successfully connected to the sewer mainline on Oak Drive.
Each property had an individual sewer pump system, and lateral installed on their property in order to connect to the sewer mainline on Oak Drive.
