As of 11/8/2018, Van Midde and Son Concrete has submitted proposals to all participating property owners. That includes some 200 proposals of which the City has received 157 signed and returned from the property owner. Vallecito Child Care has a new addition to their facility. Our team removed old shed that was rotten and beyond repair. We built a new pier foundation for tough shed to install the unit and we included the front deck entrance to the shed for easy and convenient access.

The City’s contractor Hillside Drilling has completed the cast in drilled hole (CIDH) concrete piles and they have set the tieback anchors for the retaining wall at Tarrant court. The contractor has started tying rebar for the inside of the retaining wall.
