The best way to communicate or submit a request with the Public Works Department is through SeeClickFix. This portal allows both public and anonymous posts, tracking of requests, and communication with City staff. It also ensures public transparency and accountability in our work, and is the same platform used internally to respond to and track requests. All requests, even those submitted via phone, email, mail, or in person, are entered into this portal.

Report an Issue or Make a Request for Service

The City of San Rafael is using SeeClickFix for reporting issues and service requests. For all issues you can tell us where the issue is located, upload or take a photo, and provide us with additional information. Our team will review the request and follow up to resolve the issue.
