Sean Mooney

Sean oversees all aspects of the Department of Digital Service and Open Government, working across all city departments and with organizations outside the City government to effectively meet the needs of departments, employees, and our community. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban History from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree in Education from Fordham University.
