Since the last incompleteness determination was made, the applicant submitted additional information to staff and withdrew their request for a density bonus. At that point, staff was able to determine that the project is now complete pursuant to the Permit Streamlining Act and the applicant withdrew their appeal of the staff determination that the project was incomplete. The next step will be for staff to review the development application for consistency with applicable development standards and to begin the CEQA environmental review process.
