The Downtown Streets Team and the City of San Rafael are teaming up to reduce panhandling Downtown. San Rafael is filled with compassionate people who want to help those less fortunate. Rather than give to panhandlers, we are asking you to “Put your Change to Work” by using the new purple donation meters that will be located throughout our Downtown.
