On Monday evening, staff will provide the City Council with an informational report about a parking and wayfinding (signage) study in Downtown San Rafael. This report is the first in a series, to present the data, findings, and public feedback we’ve received so far. Staff has been coordinating a Working Group of community members to customize the consultant’s recommendations so they fit San Rafael. After this meeting, sessions will be scheduled for the City Council to review and consider all the recommendations. READ STAFF REPORT
