Downtown San Rafael and General Plan 2040

From funky shops and local haunts to theaters and restaurants. From bakeries to breweries and beyond. At their 7 p.m. meeting on Monday night, the City Council will hear a presentation about the key policies and design guidelines from the Downtown Vision and Downtown Station Area Plan as they related to our work to update San Rafael’s General Plan.
