The drier weather has allowed Parks Division staff to switch back to some of their normal duties after zoning with the Streets Division. Some of these duties include irrigation repairs, continued work on the field at Alberts Park and regular routine park maintenance. One item that has been on the list was pruning the vegetation along the Point San Pedro Sidewalk. In the photo you will see Lead Maintenance worker Camilo Bayot with Jorge Hernandez and Jose Tellez trimming and cleaning the vegetation along the fence line on Point San Pedro Rd. You will also see Parks Division Mechanic Jim O’Hagan repairing a mirror at the toddler playground in Gerstle Park.
