We are in the final stages of construction at Fire Station 57! Alten Construction has been taking full advantage of the beautiful, sunny weather this summer and has accomplished a lot in the last few months. They have installed windows, storefronts, roofing, and various site walls. The installation of stucco and site work helps illustrate what the final product will look like. Inside the building, the painting, cabinetry, terrazzo flooring, doors, bathroom tile, and accessories have all been placed. Additionally, the stair treads and landings and elevator have been installed and are ready to be inspected. The contractor will finish the concrete pavers, fencing and gates, planting, as well as, any finishing touches inside of the building in the upcoming weeks. The public is going to be extremely happy with the results!
