Northgate Mall Redevelopment Project – Northgate Town Center

Proposed plans have been introduced to transform the Northgate Mall into a mixed-use space of housing, retail, and entertainment. On Tuesday, September 14th at 7 p.m. there will be a Joint Planning Commission and Design Review Board Study Session on the City’s YouTube Channel.
This Study Session is an opportunity for early Planning Commission and Design Review Board project feedback on land use and design and allows early opportunity for public input. No decisions or official action on the project will be made during this study sessions.
