The Federation of San Rafael Neighborhoods annual meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 6:30 PM to 8:45 PM at BioMarin’s Morning Glory Room.

- 7 PM to 7:20 PM: Vote: Steering Committee, Revised bylaws
- 7:20 PM to 8 PM: Panel – Marin County Supervisors Connolly, Rice, and Rodoni: “San Rafael – County View”
- 8 PM to 8:45 PM: Discussion – City of San Rafael Department of Public Works Traffic Engineer Rafat Raie: “State of San Rafael’s Downtown Traffic”
