Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of Senator John McCain

San Rafael Mayor Gary Phillips has authorized the flag of the United States to be lowered to half-staff in honor of the passing of Senator John McCain. The U.S. flag will remain at half-staff until the date of Senator McCain’s internment.
