Replace a portion of sewer main and storm drain prior to the Bay Area Toll Authority’s Richmond-San Rafael Access Improvement Project

Construction $813,346 (engineer’s cost estimate)

 

Project Overview

This project comprises replacement of the existing sewer main pipe and lower laterals within Francisco Blvd East from Bay Park Center to Grange Avenue and small portions of storm drain piping near Grange Avenue.  There may be some minor disruption in traffic and the pedestrian/bike lane.
