At their last meeting, the City Council discussed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) pertaining to compensation and working conditions for the San Rafael Police Mid-Management Association (SRPMMA). At Monday’s meeting, the City Council will consider approving this MOU. They will also discuss a proposed MOU for the San Rafael Fire Chief Officers’ Association (SRFCOA).
