Parking Lot – Fifth & C St

*NOTE: due to nearby construction, the UPPER LEVEL is only open to the public after 6pm, Monday-Friday & on Weekends. Payment is required for the upper level on Saturdays. This temporary closure is expected to remain through Spring, 2020. The lot at Fifth Ave. & C St. is convenient to most downtown locations as well as City Hall.  All day (long-term) parking is permitted in the lower level. Pay with the ParkMobile app, or at the lower level pay station utilizing your parking space #. This machine does not issue change, so please use exact change or pay with credit card. Enjoy your visit!
