Marin County NOT to be affected by PG&E Power Shut Off

Posted on November 19, 2019

On November 19th, around 1:30 PM, PG&E notified the Office of Emergency Services that Marin County is no longer going to be affected by a PG&E Power Shut Off. This information is subject to change if weather conditions change, but as of now Marin County will not be affected. We will continue to monitor the situation and update residents if this changes.

Red Flag Warning Remains in Effect

We want to remind residents that critical fire weather and a red flag warning remain in effect until Thursday. Do not use open flames or smoke near open space.

Be Prepared

Please prepare now: until fire season concludes, Marin County remains threatened by future PG&E Power Shutoffs. We must all do our part to prepare ourselves and neighbors for extended outages of up to 7 days.
