Medical Cannabis Policy

Also on Monday evening, the City Council will hear an informational report and provide direction to staff on recommendations.  Over the past six months, a Council subcommittee drafted a series of goals and recommendations for San Rafael’s medical cannabis policy. Goals included providing safe patient access, exploring discreet and low impact and minimal public interface uses, improving transparency and reducing public safety risks, adding new revenue to support city infrastructure and services, creating new jobs, and producing artisan products.  READ THE STAFF REPORT
