Caltrans is upgrading the bridge deck at the US 101 northbound exit to Central San Rafael and the approach is down to two lanes for the next several weeks. The Miovision video detection cameras allow the City to update the detection zones and accurately capture the volumes approaching the intersection so we can monitor traffic and make adjustments as necessary. In the top left square in the image below, you can see the off-ramp approach with detection zones for the two lanes.
