Also on Monday, the City Council will hear from our liaison to the Sonoma/Marin Mosquito Vector Control District. This District works to protect the health and welfare of the community from mosquitoes and vector-borne disease. A fully equipped laboratory supports the work of certified vector control technicians, who conduct surveillance for mosquitoes throughout Marin and Sonoma counties.
