Northgate Town Square Environmental Review
The City of San Rafael prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed Northgate Mall Redevelopment Project. In accordance with Section 15087 of the CEQA Guidelines, the City prepared a Notice of Availability (NOA) to invite agencies, organizations, and interested parties to provide comments on the Draft EIR. The City of San Rafael is pleased to share a primer video and slides to inform residents of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) process. The video goes over CEQA basics and is meant to help educate our residents on this important process used in the review of discretionary land use projects.
