Construction has started on Francisco Blvd East from Vivian to Grand Avenue. The City has coordinated with the San Rafael Sanitation District to complete both a much anticipated sidewalk widening project with a sewer replacement project. Due to the decrease in volume of traffic during the COVID pandemic, construction has moved to day work during it’s current phase of construction.
