The San Rafael Goldenaires sponsor and host various activities such as classes, luncheons, membership meetings, bingo games, dances, special events, and trips. This active club offers adults, over the age of 62, opportunities to socialize, to volunteer, and to be active and engaged in their community.
Membership is for one year, from January 1st through December 31st. The membership fee is $40/per year with an optional $13 badge fee.
The Goldenaires offer a Congregate Meal Site at 11:00 a.m. every Wednesday, except for the 3rd Wednesday of the month, at the San Rafael Community Center. A donation of $3 for those over the age of 60 years is requested. There is a $8 fee for those under the age of 60 years. Following lunch, Bingo is held at noon. Reservations for lunch may be made by calling (415) 457-4636 one week prior to dining. This program is made possible through funds from the Federal Older American Act, administered locally by the Marin County Health & Human Services, Division of Aging & Adult Services.
Terra Linda Seniors

The Terra Linda Seniors group meets each Tuesday at the Terra Linda Community Center. Activities include bingo games, luncheons, card games and special events. Adults over the age of 55 are welcome to join the group for a fee of $15/year.
Albert J. Boro Multicultural Older Adult Programs

Social meeting every Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. followed by lunch.
Older adults of all ethnicities in Marin are invited to attend a social meeting every Wednesday at the Albert J. Boro Community Center. After the meeting, a hot, nutritional lunch is offered for a donation of $3 for those over 60 years of age and a $6 fee for those under 60 years. Reservations for lunch may be made by calling (415) 457-4636 by the prior Monday.
Special programs are sponsored by Vivalon, San Rafael Community Services and the Marin County Division of Aging and Adult Services.This program is made possible through funds from the Federal Older American Act, administered locally by the Marin County Health & Human Services, Division of Aging & Adult Services.
Join in on the activities and meet new friends. Bring your ideas on what type of programs you would like to start at the Center. Our largest populations at present are Hispanic/Latino and Vietnamese, although we welcome all older adults.
