We update the City Council and community annually on our community-wide greenhouse gas emissions through a standard "inventory" procedure. This helps us see how we're doing in terms of reductions toward our goals of a 40% reduction from 1990 by 2030 and a net-zero (100% reduction) target by 2045. We also provide input on specific actions the City has taken over the past year.

Our latest greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory from 2021 can be found below. The 2022 inventory is in progress and should be ready summer 2024. There is generally a 2 year delay in getting the data for community-wide GHG inventories.
