Resident Survey

The County of Marin recently launched an online survey to ask Marin County residents about the services they receive from the many County government agencies. When completed, the survey results will serve as a report card from residents as a measure of customer service and will be compared to the results from counties nationwide. Survey results will be available in spring 2019 via the County’s website and will be discussed during a public workshop with the Board of Supervisors. The survey includes questions about general quality of life, local policies, demographics, a rating of local government services, and if the resident’s needs are being met. At the end, there is an open-ended question asking residents to share the top issue they believe the County should focus on over the next two years. This survey is expected to be open through January 31, 2019 and is available at www.bit.ly/countyofmarin.
