On Friday night, August 9, 2018, SMART’s contractor will be grinding the asphalt at the intersection of Andersen Drive and Francisco Blvd. West. Traffic control measures will be installed at 7:00 pm and the intersection will be closed at 9:00 pm to get started. Traffic controls will be in place to direct the public around the construction zone. Grinding the area shown on the above map will be completed in one evening. On Monday August 13, 2018 SMART’s contractor will be paving the area ground out on Friday night. The paving will take a full evening to complete before vehicles are allowed onto the new surface at 5:00 am. Striping of the intersection will be completed on Friday night, August 17, 2018.
