Phase I of the City of San Rafael’s 2022 slurry seal program will run from Tuesday, July 26 – Thursday, August 4. Affected roads will be closed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Parking will not be possible on the treatment day, but one-way traffic will be accommodated on most roads.
