Phase II of the City of San Rafael’s 2022 slurry seal program will run from Wednesday, September 21 – mid October. Affected roads will be closed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Parking will not be possible on the treatment day, but one-way traffic will be accommodated on most roads.
