Public Service Recognition Week

Next week has been designated by the President and Congress as Public Service Recognition week in honor of the people who serve America as federal, state, county and local government employees. Here in the City of San Rafael, our city employees help to promote the safety of our community through our Police and Fire staff; provide emergency response, maintain our roads, parks and other community assets; keep our downtown clean; provide childcare, recreation and community enrichment; educate through our libraries; monitor the health and safety of our housing, and much more. We hope you will join the City of San Rafael in celebrating our civilian and military public servants this year.
