M. Pepin

Last week Public Works welcomed the newest addition to the Engineering team: Associate Civil Engineer Matt Pepin. Matt came to us with nearly a decade of experience as a Project Engineer at Langan, a San Francisco-based engineering firm. During his time at Langan, Matt worked on major developments in San Francisco such as the Chase Center (the new Warriors stadium) and provided geotechnical expertise for several major high rises downtown. Despite his big-city roots, Matt moved to Marin several years ago and was eager to get involved with development projects closer to home. In his role, Matt will be overseeing the Land Development division including public works review of building and planning permits, as well as the encroachment permit program. Since accepting the job with the City, Matt has become an avid reader of the “Local News” section in the Marin IJ. He says he can’t wait until his name is in an article one day! (kidding)

If you see him around, virtually or in person – please say hi!
