What is the Measure P tax rate and when will I see it on my property tax bill?

The tax rate established by Measure P is $0.145 per square foot of improved building area per year and $75 per vacant parcel per year on taxable real property within the City. The tax will commence on July 1, 2025 and will continue for thirty years or as long as bonds for the planning and construction of the facilities remain outstanding, whichever is longer.
