The City of San Rafael is seeking to establish a list of qualified on-call consultants to provide comprehensive organizational development services. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather information from firms that can deliver Executive Coaching, Mid-Manager Coaching, Team Building and Workshop Facilitation, Change Management Consulting, and Conflict Resolution Services. The City intends to hire multiple contractors to provide any mix of these services to address the diverse needs of our various departments.
