San Rafael police employees with pink arm patches

In honor and recognition of the upcoming Breast Cancer Awareness Month of October the San Rafael Police Department and San Rafael Parking Services will be participating in the Pink Patch Project San Rafael.  This is the first year of participation by the San Rafael Police and Parking Services employees and was initiated, in part, as a show of support for one of their own, Youth Services Bureau Supervisor Rebecca Kuga, who lost her mother, Lynn McCarty, to breast cancer on September 7th, 2016. The commemorative pink patches are available at the San Rafael Police Department Main Office, during business hours only, for $10 each (cash or check).  You may also make a donation online and receive pink patches by mail at http://www.pinkpatchprojectsanrafael.org. The proceeds of patch sales will go to Zero Breast Cancer Marin.
