After nearly 20 years of service to the City of San Rafael, Carlene McCart is retiring. As our director of Community Services, Carlene has been the mastermind behind many great partnerships, collaborations and development projects that will provide a lasting impact for the residents of San Rafael. San Rafael has benefitted greatly from Carlene’s creativity, dedication and devotion to making a difference in her community. A big thank you goes out to Carlene for her many years of service.
