The Department of Public Works is conducting a series of drainage projects in areas that were identified for flooding during heavy rainstorms. To this extent, the City’s contractor, Maggiora & Ghilotti, will be constructing a retaining wall on Scenic Avenue. Originally, this work was scheduled for Wednesday, January 26. It has now been rescheduled to Friday, January 28. There will be a partial road closure on the west end of Scenic Avenue from 8 am to 4 pm. Please traverse with caution and follow all posted directional signals. There will be “No Parking” signs posted along and near the retaining wall. This project is expected to last 3 days.
