As of 10/18/2018, Van Midde Concrete has sent out 170 proposals to participating property owners. That means all but 30 property owners in the program have now received their final proposals.
Of those 170 proposals sent out, the City has received now 125 back signed from property owners. We are almost there! Once the signed agreements have all been returned to the City, the construction work will be scheduled.
Those 125 properties represent:
- 15,373 total square feet of sidewalk replaced
Enough to cover the City Council Chambers 7 times over!
- 1,070 linear feet of curb and gutter replaced
Enough to go from the City Hall flag pole to Second Street!
