The SMART Larkspur extension is at full speed ahead with the Francisco Blvd. West realignment and Phase-1 of the Multi-Use Path (from Rice Street to Andersen Drive). SMART’s contractor, Stacy Witbeck/Herzog has completed installation of the underground drainage and is now grading for the realignment of Francisco Blvd West and the SMART tracks between 2nd Street and Rice Street.
