City Hall and other offices will be closed to the public from December 23 to January 3, but appointments are available upon request. Public safety and emergency services remain available 24/7.

South Francisco Pump Station Improvements

The San Rafael Sanitation District completed rehabilitation construction of the South Francisco Pump Station, located on Francisco Boulevard East. The project was completed in December 2020 by the District’s Contractor JMB Construction, Inc. The previous pump-house was demolished and successfully replaced with a concrete deck and new Pump Control Panel.
