City Hall and other offices will be closed to the public from December 23 to January 3, but appointments are available upon request. Public safety and emergency services remain available 24/7.

In an effort to make more services available online while City Hall is closed to the public, Planning is now taking applications online!

 

We have prepared guides to help walk you through the process of applying and paying online. After submitting online, staff will review the application to determine the project type, fees, any preliminary issues with the application as submitted and if more information is needed. They will schedule a time to discuss the application as needed and address any questions you may have. Once this step is complete, you will receive instructions on the best way to pay the fees online. Please contact us at planning@cityofsanrafael.org  if you have any questions.
